If something on this site is wrong — a specification, a claim, a link that goes somewhere it should not, a product that has been discontinued — that is the mail I most want to get, and it gets dealt with before anything else. You do not need to be polite about it.
Ask. If it is a category I have spent time in I will give you a straight answer, and if it is not, I will tell you that instead of guessing. What I have and have not actually done is set out on the How We Research page.
